With the Support of TBC Business, YouTube Business Show Punchline Profit Returns with a New Season

Georgia’s first YouTube business show, Punchline Profit, continues with a new season, offering viewers a new episode this September.

The latest episode is divided into two parts and is already available on the Punchline Profit YouTube channel.

The new episode explores one of the most important challenges facing growing businesses today: how can a global technology company grow in Georgia when its biggest challenge is no longer the idea, product or investment, but finding the right people and building a strong team?

Ana Robakidze, founder and CEO of Theneo, shares her experience of growing the company, the challenges of finding and developing talent, and her perspective on how ready the Georgian market is to meet the demands of global technology companies.

The second part of the September episode focuses on personal and real-life challenges. What does it mean to build a startup at the age of 51, when family, children and responsibilities no longer allow you to spend years experimenting or devote significant amounts of time to raising capital abroad?

Irakli Beselidze, founder of Calen AI, shares his experience of starting a business at a stage in life when time becomes an increasingly valuable resource and every decision comes with a greater cost.

The hosts of Punchline Profit remain Shota Arveladze and Giorgi Marri. Joining them as co-host is Luka Nachkebia — chef, food technologist, restaurateur and gastronomist — who brings his own distinctive perspective on building teams and finding the right people.

Technology and HoReCa may be two completely different industries, but they face one common challenge: how to find, develop and retain talent.

If you are interested in technology, startups, talent development, education and the real challenges of business growth, this episode is for you.

Each episode of Punchline Profit, along with a variety of additional content, is available on the show’s YouTube channel and across its social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok.

The business show is produced on the initiative of media company Shark Media. TBC Business is the project’s main supporter, with Visa as a supporting partner. The project aims to promote financial and entrepreneurial education among businesses operating in Georgia through an accessible and distinctive format.

I can also make it more media/portal-like and less corporate, with a stronger headline and opening paragraph designed specifically for publication on Georgian news websites.
